SANOVIA DIAGNOSTICS INC. will operate as a Canadian-based business engaged in the import and export of medical and laboratory equipment and disposables. Its primary objective will be to streamline international trade between established manufacturers and end users in the healthcare and research sectors. The Company will serve as a link between high-quality suppliers in the Gulf region, Germany, the U.S., and China, and healthcare providers across Canada. At the same time, it will also facilitate the export of Canadian-manufactured goods to healthcare markets in the Gulf region, Jordan, and Egypt. All transactions will be executed in accordance with Canadian and international regulatory standards, with a focus on traceability, documentation, and end-to-end logistical coordination.

To ensure consistent product availability and reliability, SANOVIA DIAGNOSTICS INC. will maintain working relationships with a group of pre-vetted suppliers. These will include Loulwa Medicine in Saudi Arabia for laboratory reagents and disposables, F.L. Medical S.r.l. for laboratory equipment, and Lifotronic Technology Co., Ltd. for diagnostic devices and related technologies. The Company will also operate as an authorized distributor for selected original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) such as Siemens Healthineers and Abbott, subject to finalized agreements. For export operations, SANOVIA DIAGNOSTICS INC. will partner with Canadian manufacturers, particularly those located in Ontario and Quebec. These relationships will support a balanced trade model, allowing the Company to respond to demand in both import and export channels.
